I'm waiting for this one as well.
Never played the previous PC versions, but since this is hitting the 360 I'll give it a shot. There is a cool video in the xbox marketplace in game video's.

I vaguely remember playing Fallout for the PC. If memory serves me correct, that game was a turn based game, sorta like Deus-Ex. Not my style of game. I prefer RTS and FPS games. As soon as I get my new computer I can finally play Half-Life 2 and the new Command & Conquer game.
