Official Tiberius Arms T15 thread

Just thought I'd post up the latest config for the T15

Parts list:
  • Tiberius Arms T15
  • Stark Equipment Pistol Grip
  • MWG MagWell Grip
  • American Built Arms Company (A*B ARMS) Mod 1 Hand Guard
  • 'OMG' T15 Barrel Adapter
  • HammerHead barrel kit w/Snaggle Tooth tip (Why no Lapco barrel? good question, see next post))

Debating on getting the rest of the marker Hydrodipped.

Only used it once so far at the last M.A.G. game.
Using the Lapco Fuse kit I was breaking alot of paint, wasn't sure what the issue was, but assumed the adapter and the Fuse kit weren't playing nice together.
Broke out the Lapco BigShot Assault barrel and had no issues for the remainder of the day.

Next up are some strange damages I found with the internals.
Again, I had no issues all day.

Thinking about at the end of the day though, it did act like it was out of air when I was close but I should have been able to shoot another 2 mags at least out of my tank readings.
So maybe that's when something happened.

anyways, check out the nice crease in the Bulkhead:

I also inspected the upper manifold oring, pulled it out and then tried to place it back in the grooves and it acted like it was too big.
So eventually after closing the upper and lower receiver it got cut.

Notice the Valve Pin, it turns out that there should be a ball bearing snapped into the top of it.
A little bit of the metal lip has been damaged so I can't snap the BB back in.
I noticed the ball bearing laying on my table after I put everything back together.
And it's not a part number on the BOM as it's part of the Valve Pin assembly, so it took a little investigating (looking at installation and parts picture online) to figure that out.

So, I wrote an email to Tiberius explaining all this.
So hopefully I can get some replacement parts before the next game.

Sucks about the damage, keep us updated! The multicam/black combo is sexy, maybe find some MC rails for additional highlights?

^ Yeah, I noticed that when I took apart your TGR2!!
That thing was yucky in there!!!
I also bought you a colored o-ring kit and replaced every single one.

Hopefully it should be a solid loaner again.

I just got off the phone with Tiberius service, they are going to ship me off replacement parts!

That is allot of damage to incur.

It's def equipment/part failure.

It's highly probable that the BB that it supposed to be in that cup section of the valve pin (metal piece in the center of the orange o-ring picture) came loose and wedged itself between the bulkhead (damaged sliding bolt looking thing) and the rear metal of the bolt.

The damaged part of bulkhead is the perfect size and shape of that little ball bearing.

So just luck of the draw I guess.
